Genearche is a genomics-driven biotech brand focused on empowering scientific discovery and transformative healthcare through next-generation technologies. As part of building their market presence, we were hired to design and develop content, create a character mascot (Geno), and manage Genearche’s social media presence, with the specific goal of driving B2B engagement, traction, and audience interest in a serious scientific field.

/ Challenges

The biggest challenge was developing a relatable and engaging animated mascot and social strategy for a highly technical, science-focused B2B audience. Communicating complex genetics and biotech concepts in a way that resonates with professionals while maintaining brand credibility is inherently difficult. Creating GENO, the mascot, required balancing professional tone with visual charm making science approachable without undermining seriousness.

/ Objectives

Our objective is to build Genearche’s brand voice and audience engagement through strategic content and creative storytelling. This includes designing a mascot that can act as the brand’s visual ambassador, producing content that appeals to B2B stakeholders, and managing a social media presence that elevates Genearche’s thought leadership and visibility in the scientific community. The content is designed to demystify complex topics and position Genearche as both authoritative and accessible.

/ Final Outcome

While the work is ongoing, the reception to GENO and the content strategy has been positive, especially in terms of audience engagement and brand recognition. The mascot and content framework are successfully helping to humanize the brand and open communication with B2B audiences. The early traction suggests that the creative approach despite the inherent challenges effectively supports Genearche’s strategic outreach goals.
